Future Proof India presents
Build. Demonstrate. Create.
A two-day, in-person retreat in Hyderabad where experienced IT professionals learn to make artificial intelligence their primary toolset: understanding how modern AI works, designing and building AI agents, applying them at work, and planning the career that follows.
Why this retreat
Machines can now understand language, reason through problems and take action. For professionals in enterprise IT, the question is no longer whether AI will affect their role, but whether they will lead that change. The Leverage Authority Retreat is designed to help experienced professionals combine the domain knowledge they already have with practical, production-minded AI capability.
How large language models work, where they excel, where they still fail, and how the field is moving towards more general intelligence.
Identify the workflows in your organisation and your domain that AI agents can take over, and design and build an agent of your own.
Map your path into an AI role, build proof of your capability, and leave with a structured 90-day and 12-month plan.
The programme
