The workshop was excellent. Got to know the basics clear. The 7 levels of AI Automation, the LLM structural decode, the impacts of AI, role based use case - workflow segmentation all were taught very clear. The hands on sessions are useful.

During hands on session with Agents, got familiarity with how the overall integration happens, how the Agent can remember Memory to retain Chatbot History, connecting real time third party API, databases to retrieve data, making Agent to provide answers based on custom Source like PDF/etc using RAG Concepts.
